What are the costs of using the app?
None. The app is entirely free, with no subscriptions and no hidden fees.
Can I add my other insurance contracts?
Yes, in two ways:
- by linking the app to the private area of the company that issued the contract;
- or, if you don't have access to the private area, by taking a photo of the policy and uploading it to the dedicated section.
Can I pay for renewals directly from the app?
Of course. When an installment is due, the Renew button appears on the policy page: from there you go straight to electronic payment and complete the renewal.
How do I find the assistance number for my contract?
In the policy section you'll find the Assistance button: you can directly call the service dedicated to that type of contract.
